At Golden Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choices; if a fixture isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging, uninstalled, and in like-new condition to qualify.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Fixture
Carefully repack the lighting fixture in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all mounting hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, excluding any original shipping costs.
